"I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this agency. Becky Sadler was incredibly rude, and the service I received was completely unacceptable. I specifically requested full coverage on my vehicles, including towing and rental, but this was never applied to my policy. I found out during two separate claims—one in July 2024 and another in August 2025—that I did not have full coverage, even though I had asked for it over a year ago. During the second claim, I contacted the office and was essentially blamed for the mistake. They said there was nothing they could do. I knew this wasn’t right, especially since this had already happened once before. I decided to call a different State Farm agent. They pulled up my notes and immediately saw that I had indeed requested full coverage, towing, and rental a year prior—yet it was never added. They acknowledged the error and even backdated the proper coverage at no extra cost. That’s how it should’ve been handled from the start. There was no help or accountability from Diane Waller and her team. If you have a policy with this agency, I highly recommend reviewing your coverages. I trusted them to manage my insurance properly, especially since I don’t know the ins and outs of it myself. That’s exactly why I chose to work with a local agent—but unfortunately, they failed me not once, but twice."
